About Us

We are an experimental high energy physics research group in the physics department at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. We currently work on the ATLAS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider at CERN. Our current projects include:
- Searches for new physics using Higgs bosons and top quarks
- The trigger processor for the New Small Wheel upgrade (NSW)
- R & D for muon readout and trigger board for muon drift tube chambers (MDTs)
