Riprap: predicting RNA structural disruptions induced by single nucleotide variants

A tool for riboSNitch prediction. Given the sequence and SNV information, it can identify a local region around an SNV that are structurally disrupted based on the base pairing probabilities of the wild-type and mutant sequences. It outputs both the scores and SNV-disrupted regions.
