Skylar became my 2nd homebred Champion when he completed his CH at 13 months of age - taking BV over 6 Specials for a 5 point Major and going on to show in Group at one of the Eukanuba Tournament of Champions shows in Harrisburg, PA. My special thanks go to Tracy Lynn Carroll for quickly finishing my boy in just 4 weekends out!

In May of 2004, Skylar went to Canada with Lorri Smith to live with her and show there. She finished him quickly in 4 straight trips in the ring, including a BW win at the Sporting Dog Specialty.

Then Sky came home and returned to his Specials career with me, taking multiple Variety wins and receiving numerous Group pulls in stiff NE competition - although he was only shown on a limited basis. Sky retired after ASC 2006, but went on to take BISweeps at RICSC Specialty under Judge Barbara Shaw - his first time out in a short coat!

Sky is now actively working at the intermediate level in Agility and Novice level in Rally-O, and enjoying his very short coat!
