I chose this image because it will definitely be going on my portfolio. I've already included it in exercise 1, but here it is properly resized. Given that I took this photo, there is no citation.
I chose this image because the only way I can think of incorporating images to my portfolio is in a design sense. I grew up by the ocean, and these colors appeal to me; I was thinking perhaps it could be a home page header that I could overlay my name with, or something like that.
This was also more of a design choice. One of the things I stress in professional interviews is that I really want to focus on technological innovation in business, and when browsing the New York Public library catalogue, this image struck me for some reason. I was thinking of this as a possible background for my more technical portfolio pieces.
I am not entirely sure where I would use this image, but hydrangeas are my favorite flowers. It would be cool to factor it in if I can; perhaps as an alternative header or a decorative image!
