The Ostomy Association of Greater Springfield

The goal of our group is to help people share experiences, to provide educational information, and to offer emotional support and guidance to people who have had or will have intestinal or urinary tract procedures.

 Meetings are open to people with a colostomy, ileostomy, urostomy, or continent procedure, their family and friends, and health care providers. We are affiliated with the newly created organiztion, The United Ostomy Associations of America.

The Springfield, MA, meetings are at Baystate Medical Center on the third Sunday of the month, 2:30 p.m., except June, July, August, & December .

Weather cancellations are announced on local radio & TV stations.

The Hampshire County meetings are inactive as of 2003. ET nurses can be contacted through the hospital switchboard at 413-582-2000.
