By Miriam Adderholdt and Jan Goldberg

This is a great book for young adults. It chronicles why a person might be a perfectionist, what would cause the problem in the first place. Then it goes on to give tips on how to get out of the cycle of perfectionism. One tip is to make sure that you get out. Don’t do homework all the time. Ease up on the schedule and most importantly have fun.

There are URLs to go to . One funny is the procrastination homepage. It is worth looking at it. The URL is : http://www.angelfire.com/mi/psociety/
