I.                    Recruitment

a.       Tabling

                                                               i.      Wed: Sasha 11-12, Cailin/Dennis 12 – 2:15

                                                             ii.      Thurs: Chris will decide after we get him our schedules

b.      No fliers

c.       Dennis will send an e-mail about the vet meeting on thurs at 7:30p

II.                 Training/Tourni Schedule

a.       Don’t plan Oct training yet, keep fluid

b.      Thursday meetings will take place at 8pm(first week at 7:30pm)

c.       Officer meetings will take place on Weds at 4pm

III.               Meeting with Phee

a.       Set up weekly meeting with Phee, Sasha, Chris, and Cailin

b.      Fridays at 11:30 are good for each

c.       Must talk about reimbursing Randy with Scholarship money

IV.              Tournaments(4 in fall)

a.       Rochester: 10/15 – commitment by 9/23

b.      West Point: 10/29 – commitment by 10/7

c.       Columbia: 11/19 – commitment by 10/27

d.      Umass: 12/5 – everyone committed

V.                 Our Tournament

a.       Sanctioned by CEDA

b.      No response from Tuna yet, Cailin will try again

c.       Chris will send out e-mail to other coaches about Tourni legistics(such as if we should pay judges from other schools)

d.      Dennis will reserve building(Herter? + Annex)

e.       Hotels – reduced price: food – possibly Greenough Sub shop

f.        Cailin will look into Gregano meeting about supplies(copier/paper, etc..)

g.       Fees – what type of payment can we take? Ask Phee.  How much should we take?

h.       Judging – Cover novice openings, can’t really cover JV/V (sans Erin)

i.         Awards – what can we give away? 

VI.              Coach Project

a.       Put on hold until further notice

VII.            Office

a.       Talk with Phee/SGA about getting an office

VIII.         Evidence

a.       We have evidence from WDI(good job Randy) – and it is sorted but waiting for expandos(Sasha will get Staples PO)

b.      Considering buying other evidence CDs if WDI stuff isn’t enough

IX.              Fundraising

a.       Shirts – Sasha has come up with design – Will do

b.      Raffle – possible

c.       Other ideas from leadership conference

X.                 Surrogate Debate

a.       Sasha talked with Haily Todeski who will try to send someone but no guarantees they will debate.  If we can’t get a real debate then we will pass this off to the Dem Comm.
