1. Exercise: Adding references with EndNotes 3.0.

In Assignment 5 (Problem 1), you wrote a report using the Los Angeles Heart Study that compares subjects who survived to 1968 with subjects who died based on the subjects characteristics (age, weight, and diastolic blood pressure) in 1950. In this assignment, you will use Endnotes to create a reference list, and then use your reference list to add references to your report.

a. Create a reference list in Endnotes that contains the following references:

b. Saving and printing references

• Save your list of references in Endnotes reference number order (using *.rtf format).
• Save your list of reference in alphabetical author order (using *.rtf format).
• Print a copy of your two reference lists in (b&c) using a word processor (ie. Word).

c. Modify your report from Assignment 5 (Problem 1), and add references to at least three references that you have entered in EndNotes.

• Print a copy of your report using a format corresponding to numbered references.
• Print a copy of your report using an author-year format for the references.
