Sketches of the Normal Distribution

1) Obtain a sketch from the WEB:

2) Read the "How To" instructions, and try it out.
3) Once you have the image on the screen, capture the image (in Windows the command is ALT+PrintScreen)
4) Open the program Paint (see Start Menu > Accessories > Paint. Paste what you have copied into the Paint Program.

5) Use the rectangle tool to enclose the portion of the image that you want to use. Once you have done this, use the Edit to copy that image (or use the CNTL-C command).

6) Using the Edit > "Paste Special" in WORD, paste the image into the document, selecting the Picture format. (This is will result in the 'smallest' images.)

or

7)Paste the image into Photoshop (and save as a GIF).
