These are the things that would have been discussed at last nights meeting. Please read them over as we will not be having another meeting this semester. Also reminder of CAPS tomorrow nights at 9:30pm at Ilexis' house (directions will be emailed). Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

CABIN!

PRESIDENT

Thanks Mia planning Cabin and making it so great!!!

Bylaws Committee: contact Katie the chair at Ceoconne@studen.umass.edu

Meeting Friday Dev 11th at 3pm in the office which will be the final one of the semester since we will be finishing them that day
We will be sending out the final corrected version for everyone to read before we begin voting after we receive it back from nationals
We will be doing a little voting at each meeting as to not have it all in one night

Regionals

December 27th-30th at Drew University in NJ
If you want to go let Tom know asap
We need 2 people at least to go

Membership Academy Day

Feb 7th at University of Hartford in CT
Snow date February 13th

Spring 2010 Conclave at UNH on March 26th -28th

2011 Spring Conclave at UMass Amherst

We are going to host it! YAY!
March 26-28, 2011

If you’re interested in being on the conclave committee let Tom know soon so we can get it started (it would be helpful to have people who will be here at UMass during Spring 2011 on the committee)

Service hours due today for Brothers

Toy Drive: Mimi and Jenn:

Shopping went great and we bought lots of toys!
Road Trip down to hospital to drop them off this (information to come on that)

Maddie and Ilexis are Chairing Beautiful Lengths and that needs to get started immediately and contact them if you would like to help out

Ilexis is chairing Birthday Wishes- a new project for us to raise money and have a birthday party for a homeless kid

Jimmy, our new SVP is hoping to continue with Frank’s Troops and create the service committee we have listed in our bylaws

This Service Committee includes:

Service to the Campus Chair
Service to the Community Chair
Service to the Fraternity Chair
Academics Chair
Scout Liaison

If you are interested in any position in the service committee or have questions about it, contact Jimmy at jtbarret@student.umass.edu

If you are interested in being a chair for anything in the Spring (prospective or something new) please contact Jimmy as well

Thank you to all the pledges for your hard work, books are in, and you should be getting those back in the next week or so

Dec 10th Paddle party for Bigs at Katie/Mimi/Keri/Jenn’s house at 7pm
Dec 11th Shopping and nails for girls to prepare for banquet (boys can come too!) meet at 7pm at the office

Dinner will start at 6pm on December 12th
