PRESIDENT
Bylaws committee meeting this week Friday at 3pm in the office and please do your homework by then – Katie is Bylaws chair (for questions her email is Ceoconne@studen.umass.edu)
Leadership Day on Nov 15th at UConn went very well!!
Regionals are December 28-30 at Drew University in NJ—if you want to go let Tom know
Membership Academy Day on Feb 7th- location TBD
Possibly Hosting 2011 Spring Conclave- if you’re interested in being on the conclave committee let Tom know
SVP
Soldier’s Home was spectacular!!! Thank you Michele for doing that! Talk to Emily for being a chair for doing this in the future.
Franks on Wednesday at 7pm
Nov. 17th is pledge service at 9pm in the office – please come we need 2/3 +1 there
Nov 21st -Udance- sign up in the office for dorm storming and canning, if you haven’t already please sign up online (the website is currently down, but you can sign up anytime), you can start raising money (canning/dorm storming is full service)
- Canning this week
- Udance shifts sign up sheets are in the Service Log
- Theme is circus (dress up like for it) and our color is green
- Wear a green t-shirt and bring hi-liters and white shirt (there’s a hi-liter party at the end)
- Decorate t-shirts night on Friday as fellowship (details under FVP)
- Need people at Udance at all times for competitions that happen throughout the day
Nov 22nd Pace Service from 12pm-4pm and free pizza in East Hampton meet at the office at 11am (41 Union St. East Hampton, MA 01027) Call Emily if you get lost at 413-687-2132
Wash Cloth Project: if people are interested in helping you can go get donations- things like deodorant (it’s not that hard to do)
Toy Drive: Mimi and Jenn:
- Dorm Stormed and made lots of money ($195 already!)
- Dorm Storming on Wed at 2pm- meet in the office
Beautiful Lengths interest- we have interest in it already but if you want to be involved contact Emily (it’s not too late)

- Big applications for Bigs and littles to fill out to have great big and little pairs- plan on doing this next semester
- A night of Speed Dating for next semester
- Big-Little Olympics and events

- Nov 16th Bowling at Spare Time - meet at the office at 7pm
- Nov 17th from 6-12pm to help pledges finish their requirements in any way (and the pledge service at 9pm)
- Nov 18th Basketball game- meet at the office at 6:30
- Nov 19th night to help the pledges out from 9-12pm
- Nov 20th Decorating T-shirt at 7pm for Udance or in the office during the week (like during the office parties) – shirts and supplies will be paid for by your dues- You only get a t-shirt if you are going to Udance
- Nov 22nd Thanksgiving at Michele’s House
- Dec. 3rd Retro Night roller skating (dress retro for 2 for 1 special) at the Hadley Mall- meet at the office at 7pm
- Come Up: Paddle parties (one for the pledges and one for the brothers) and Girls nail/shopping thing prior to Banquet

Emily will be going abroad to Germany next semester so if you would like to be SVP next semester keep that in mind and we will nominate November 22nd and vote on November 29th
- For SVP you must have pledged Fall 08 or before then (this is because you have to have been eligible for SVP when eboard was elected in Spring 2009)
- If you are unsure if you are eligible for SVP and would like to know, please email Grace at ghauck@student.umass.edu

Emily: if you do not have somewhere to go for Thanksgiving let Emily know ahead of time and she and her family will host you for Thanksgiving dinner. Here mom is an amazing cook!! They’d love to share this holiday with you.

ISB was the winner, the library, Herter, and the Rec center were all tied for 2nd place. Others were the greenhouse, Berkshire, Franklin, and the Band Building (once it’s built)
