PRESIDENT
Server invite to pledges- if anyone is not on the server see Tom ASAP.
Conclave on Friday! YAY! See Tom for questions if you’re going.
Bylaws Committee- talk to Tom there are three people on the list now, but you can still sign up
Cabin December 4-6, both nights mandatory, at Moses (same as pledge retreat) 24 bunks, it will be colder- bring warm things, working on the service project- talk to Mia
Nomination Committee (Nom Comm) nominations Nov 1st and voting will be Nov 8th
Hazing Awareness Oct 25th 6pm Mandatory for all pledges and brothers
The time for brotherhood meetings is always at 7pm and 6pm pledge meetings and will be posted in the Campus Center near the elevators. Please check there.

Enchanted Forest October 22-24 (22 is at 6pm and the 23-24 is at 4:30pm) at the Hitchcock Center in Amherst. Thursday night is pumpkin carving and the Halloween event for kids is
Rays of Hope this Sunday the 25th in Springfield talk to Mia. If you want to go contact Mia by email or phone
October 30th at the Bangs Center- near Raos Coffee- from 12pm-9pm (you can go for as long as you would like) talk to Michele Baum for information.
Like to go to the soldier’s home in the first weekend or week in November
Concert Series is next on November 15th at 11am. Contact Emily for details.
At Loaves for Love please be respectful and do not talk while Yocheved is talking. It’s someone’s home and a place of worship. So please have respect while in attendance there.
Please sign the card in the office for Mia’s godfather since he donated the plants for the pledge retreat service.

Mike’s Maze- October 25th meet at 12pm at the office ($8 per person)
Halloween Costume Party on October 29th at 8pm.
Hockey Game Nov 6 meet in the office at 5:30pm.
Football Game Nov 7 meet at the office at 11am in the office
If you have any ideas for fellowships let Elizabeth know and she will schedule it
If you can host a fellowship let Elizabeth know (there’s a host list)
Please place your order to Elizabeth in an email for glassware as soon as possible (sweatshirt, tote bag, and miniature glass). Tell her everything specific you want on your glassware (colors and fabric) and there are extra costs depending on what you spend
Send ideas for the miniature glass to Elizabeth
