PRESIDENT
Hazing Awareness tonight did not happen, sorry for the inconvenience.
Conclave October 23-25 is now booked for the weekend with motel rooms and FINAL with 7 people. Exact times will be figured out later and people going will notified. Price will be decided and will be emailed to those of you going. Any questions ask Tom or Sakara.
SVP
Loaves of Love 10/15 8:30pm at the Chabad House (outside of Southwest)
Flu Clinic Volunteers (be greeters, etc and if you have medical certifications that would be helpful too).
Franks is Wednesday at 7pm in Northampton contact Heater Forte if you are interesting in going (she is an alumni). Her email is aurorasflipflops@yahoo.com
Concert Series is October 18th at 11am (it will last 45min but count as a full hour)
Chairing is going well.
Udance: Sign up on the Udance.org and sign on the second APO. When we know the hours and shifts, we will put it up in the office. Udance is dancing for up to15hours to raise money for Bay State Medical Children’s Hospital). Talk to Ilexis or Courtney with questions.
Enchanted Forest- Oct 22-24 (contact Jessica) at the Hitchcock center- a non-scary Halloween event for kids. There’s an information sheet in the office.
Thursday is 6pm, Friday and Sat is from 6:30-9pm.
½ hours due at Oct 22 for 10 hours for brothers. Last day for full 20 hours will be in December (around Cabin)

Interviews- 21 active brothers. If you were not at pledge retreat you need 32 interviews from brothers.

10/16 Meet in the office at 6pm for McCray’s Haunted Hay Ride
10/17 UMass Football game- homecoming- meet at the stadium at 3pm.
10/18 Apple Picking at Atkins meet at the office at 12pm.
10/20 Breakfast for Dinner at Jules House at 7pm (Bigs and littles can cook together)
10/25 Mikes Maze at 12pm
10/28 dress up Halloween party at Sakara and Emily’s house, time to come
Glassware decided on sweatshirts ($30), miniature glass ($2-3), and tote bag ($10-12) You can pick the colors online etc and send it to Elizabeth. Elizabeth will send an email with all the information.

Contact List Attachment issues- I think opening it up in umail is the problem so if you cannot open the contact list and need it please send me an alternate to ghauck@student.umass.edu and I will send you the contact list to that alternate email. I hope it works. Sorry for all the confusion and for those of you not able to open it up.

10/17 Kick off at 1pm UMass Rugby last game- go support UMass Rugby and Brendan!
