Pre Meeting announcements:

 

E-board Meeting- Monday’s @ 7:00  (10/13 @ 6:00)

Sundays- Prison Book Project 1-4- Contact Jacob

10/23- Pumpkin Carving at Hitchcock Center – 6:00pm

10/24+25?  – Enchanted Forest at Hitchcock Center – 4- 9:30pm

10/28- Mid semester Hours Due for brothers! By 5pm (10 hours)

10/31- Mercy House Rides- 10:00pm-3:00am

11/2- 5K meet in office at 8:15 am! “Harvest Hustle”

11/27-UDANCE- start raising money

Nationals: Heather needs help calling chapter presidents- see her for info.  (it counts for service hours!)

10/18- Football Game- meet in office at 2:30 game is at 3:30- Wear APO letters and colors (for pledges)

11/1- Hiking - Meet at office at 12:30

11/23- Thanksgiving Potluck at Erin’s- Meeting is there as well.

quick little synopsis :)

 

Nationals are going to be a great time. A lot of behind the scene stuff goes on. Workshop Committee responsible for: contacting presenters- Heather needs help. It will be well worth the hard work. It is such a key component of Conventions.. If they don’t run smoothly it can have a critical effect on us. It’s more fun to plan things together! More hands to help carry the load J It is also nice to meet people, and make connections. They need your hands and hearts- Remember service to brotherhood. Email George and Carla if you have questions or if you need anything

 

10/25- Conclave: going to conclave is a requirement to stay in good standing- if you can go Alana recommends going.
