PRESIDENT
For Conclave (Oct 23-25) please contact Tom if you’re interested in going or chairing. Rooms need to be reserved by September 23rd (this Wednesday) so please let Tom know before then if you want to go. It will be fun J

Loaves for love following Thursday 9/24 at 8:30pm at the Chabad House
This Sunday 9/27 Amherst 250th Parade at 10am. Meet at Amherst
Sign up lists to Chair things (preferably everyone should be chairing something, co-chairing is alright for bigger projects) If you see something you’re interested but don’t know about it talk to Emily. The sign up list will be in Emily’s mailbox.
The service log will be in the office this week.

Info sessions on the 22-24 (THIS WEEK!) at 7pm in the office.
Community Service Fair 10-1 SUB (Student Union Ballroom)- need volunteers for it- Contact Abbey
Pledge Retreat- Mandatory for brothers AT 9:30AM on the Oct 3 (it’s about 50 min away) brothers come up to Horace A. Moses Reservation in Russell, MA that Mia arranged for us (THANKS MIA!). Saturday service in the morning, lunch, and fellowship in the afternoon and leaver around 4 or 5pm. The building has running water, bathrooms, and a bunk space. Frank has extra space if we run out of space.
- Some team building activities with a ropes course and icebreakers
-Professionalism workshop
Inductions will be next Sunday the 27th at 5 or 5:30 depending on our number of pledges. We would like to have 10 brothers there.

Voting for Historian, which is a position that documents events, service, etc and then makes a scrapbook at the end of the semester.
Nominees: Mimi and Ilexis
Our new historian is Mimi for this semester.
Please Make sure you sign the attendance each meeting in order to make sure you are active.
Attendence Policy- you need to be at 1 out of 3 meetings to be active. Let Grace know if you need to miss more than 2 meetings in a row and we can discuss it.
TREASURER
Dues due 9/27 for active brothers
RSOOO- we need to attend these seminars in order to stay in RSOOO. E-board or brothers can go to these. If you want to go or are interesting the calender is in the office and contact Tom or Sakara. You can get half hours service for doing it.
OLD BUSINESS
Mia- pledge retreat service project. There is two projects:
1. planting bushes in front of the camp store
2. Cleaning up a camp sight
And in the afternoon we will do a group activity
NEW BUSINESS
Possibly expanding our advisory committee
Emily’s mom, pending her approval, is our girl scout advisor.

Mia passed her motorcycle license test this weekend!
Sakara has a really fabulous Minnesotan accent.
