PRESIDENT

Sectionals went very well.

Wednesday Frank’s Troops 7-8:30

Relay for Life April 24th/25th-sign up for times to walk, if you’re not staying overnight, sign up for an earlier walk time.  If you are staying the night, sign up for a later walk time.  Common courtesy here people.  If you’re interested in Molly’s Greenough dinner/canning offer, let her know.  Brothers too—a lot of pledges are interested.  Ancient Greece is the decade chosen…we need to decorate our campsite, and prizes to those who dress up the best/most creative.  E-mail Molly with ideas regarding this. 

Beautiful Lengths is in progress, talk to Jess or Kelsey.

Prison Book is canceled until the fall due to funding issues. 

Emily’s toiletry project is taking off.  Donations of supplies are coming in.  Talk to Emily for details.

MVP

Pledge books due to Erin by the end of the brotherhood meeting on Sunday the 26th.  You may leave them in Erin’s mailbox or in your own; she will get them, or hand them to her in person. 

Cabin—two weeks from now. May 1-3.  Chesterfield.  Friday night is optional, although strongly encouraged.  Saturday is mandatory.  Exact times will still be decided.  Katie McCollum will likely be attending our cabin, and will be offering a CAPS course. 

Brotherhood liaison—thanks to brothers who attended pledge service/fellowship this past weekend.

Glassware- check Erin’s e-mail; sign up if you want a t-shirt.  They are being ordered THIS WEDNESDAY.  Cost should be between $15-$20.

Kickball/softball game Wednesday or Thursday this week, Lauren will decide the exact date/time based on brothers’/pledges’ preferences

Jill’s wind ensemble on Tuesday 8:00-9:30, it is in a different place than her other recital was.

OLD Glassware—see Tom if you are still interested in purchasing any of the old glassware.

Banquet- please have all monies paid for Banquet to Tom by noon on Friday, May 1st.   Let me know if you have any concerns regarding this.  If you haven’t signed up for meal choices or whether you will be attending/bringing a guest to banquet, you may either sign-up in the office or e-mail Tom directly with that information. 

Once this semester’s glassware price is finalized, an e-mail will be sent out regarding that.  Please also have that money due by May 1st noon.  As I mentioned in a prior e-mail, you may pay for both glassware and banquet at the same time, so long as you mention that with your payment so I know exactly what is being paid for.  Checks are to be made payable to: Alpha Phi Omega.  Any other questions regarding this, please contact me.
