President:
If you sign up for something - - you’re committed to coming to the event. Only put your name down if you are sure you can come. When you put your name on the sign up sheet, we’re expecting you to be there. The people we are working with are expecting a certain number of people, and it looks bad on the group if we commit to a certain number of people, and people do not show.

New Service Project?
The program is called Operation Military Kid (OMK). In a nutshell it is a "media" unit that kids can make cards, videos, e-mail their parents etc. 4-H needs volunteers
to be trained on these mobile units and go to deployments, family days, and other events and work with the kids to create ways to connect with their parent(s) overseas. This is a good way for APO to work with other groups. There are three training days to be held in 301 Slobody building.. You would be trained in Office, Adobe Flash, Adobe Premiere Elements, Adobe Photoshop, Kid Pix, Hallmark Card, Encarta Premium 2007, Nero Ultra Edition, Deep Freeze ENT Media Package. The equipment consists of 10 laptops, digital camera, mini-dv camcorder, printer/scanner/ copier and asst cables, routers, etc. The training days are:

The meeting will most likely be after a Brotherhood meeting. So far April 6th is the date I have in mind. I need as many Brothers as possible to be in attendance. I value everyones input/assistance (and the more brothers we have the faster the meeting will go) If you have any questions, feel free to email Heather (aurorasflipflops@yahoo.com)
