I have an archive of vintage radio and television broadcasts,both audio and video,and this web page is simply the place where I choose to list what I have available. The lists are up to date as of February,2012. Please note that my web page now has a new URL: http://www.people.umass.edu/ahmintz
Most of the audio and video in my archive is on DVD's and CD's,a few of the radio broadcasts are still on audio tape. I only send out DVD's and CD's.I do not work with internet sound and video files or MP3 nor do I accept recordings made from them. I especially do not want anything recorded off the internet.
I am a private collector and this archive reflects my own interests. It was accumulated through contacts I made while working as a broadcaster and through trading with other collectors. I make no claim that what I have is available only in my collection. I do not trade anything copyrighted or available in a commercial release.
If you have similar material and want to trade,here is what I trade for at this time:
1.Selected sports videos up to 1979 except for the NBA (up to 1986 playoffs) and NCAA Basketball(up to 1981 NCAA Final).
2.Selected TV Music Shows and Music Videos which were broadcast or cover music styles up to 1970
3.Selected Video and Audio Documentaries,actuality broadcasts and news programs up to 12/31/79
4.DJ audio airchecks up to 12/31/69. Very Selected airchecks post 1969.
5.Very Selective TV shows from 1950's and early 1960's.
