Feb 19th - lunch with Condensed Matter Seminar Speaker: Dr. Xiaoming Mao, University of Pennsylvania. 12:30-1:30 in LGRT 1033 Lounge (right after seminar in next room). Pizza provided. RSVP to attend.
Feb 26th - coffee with High Energy Seminar Speaker: Kimberley Palladino, Ohio State University. 2:30-3:30 in LGRT 4th floor lounge (Go straight out of elevators and take a left down the hall.) Coffee and cookies provided.
March
Mar 27th - lunch to discuss March meeting. Meet in Grad Lounge in the University Center at noon for informal lunch to discuss the March Meeting.
April
Apr 3rd - lunch with Dr. Noreen Cmar-Mascis, former NASA engineer. Pizza provided. RSVP to wmp@physics.umass.edu for pizza. This event will be located in the Society of Women Engineers Lounge in Marston Hall Room 34.
Apr 17th - Coffee hour with Dr. Elaine Ulrich, American Physical Society Congressional Fellow. Coffee and cookies provided. 3:30-4:30 in Hasbrouck 409.
May
May 5th - How to get into grad school?? A chance for undergrads to chat with grad students about Physics grad school. Dinner provided, RSVP for dinner. Hasbrouck 409 5:30-7:00 pm.
