Windows/Mac
You will need two files: one from us, and one from OpsResearch.com.
Important: You must create a new directory/folder called OTH-lib within the same directory/folder that holds OT-Help2.jar - this is where or124.jar goes.
Double-click OT-Help2.jar to start.
If your system doesn't know what program to use to open OT-Help2.jar, then you may need to download and install
Java. Otherwise you may need to associate Java with .jar files.
Linux/Other

java -jar OT-Help2.jar to start.
If your system can't find Java you may need to
download and install it. Otherwise you may need to include
