Research interests
Infectious diseases: Modeling spatial-temporal and multi-strain dynamics of disease; estimating natural history parameters of disease; super-spreading; evaluating effectiveness of interventions in healthcare settings.
Study design: Optimizing complex study designs, e.g. cluster-randomized cross-over, for clinical effectiveness research.
Data visualization: Creating narratives with novel data displays.
Statistical education: Computational and project-based approaches to teaching statistics.
