Registration Forms and Fees
We now welcome registrations for NELS 36.

Registration fees are $35 for students and $45 for faculty. (Sorry, the deadline for the early registration discount of $10 was October 1, 2005 ).

Please note that October 1 was also the registration deadline for NELS attendees who need ASL interpreters or have other special needs. If you register at this point and need ASL translations, we'll of course try our best to accomodate you, but we can't guarantee that it will be possible.

Please fill out the registration form below to register. Once we have processed your registration, we will send you a confirmation email. Since we do this manually, it might take a couple of days — however if you don't hear from us within four days, please email us at nels at linguist dot umass dot edu.

Payment is possible by credit card online or via fax, or by mailing a check drawn from a US bank. (A note on security: If you submit your credit card information online, the data will be encrypted with a RSA public key within your browser, and can be decrypted only with our private key, which is not accessible online. This provides a fair amount of security. If you are worried about using your credit card online, just use the fax option.)
