North on Route I-91 to Northampton, Exit 19.

From New York City

Route I-95 north to New Haven. North on Route I-91 to Northampton, Exit 19.
Right onto Route 9 east to Hadley/Amherst.
Left onto Route 116 north and follow the signs for the University Campus.
Travel time: 3hrs 30mins

From 116 N

Turn right off of the Umass 116 exit onto N. Hadley Road (there will be athletic fields on your left and a softball and soccer field on your right). Turn left at the first stoplight, (there’s a left turn lane) onto Commonwealth Avenue. Then take a right onto Hicks Way, (just before the building with large glass windows) once on Hicks Way turn right at the stop sign. You will pass under a connecting bridge between Tobin and Bartlett Halls into the parking area (parking spots are on your right). A researcher will be waiting underneath the bridge with a pink parking permit. If you are early or don’t see anyone standing under the bridge, please drive forward and park in one of the spaces (on the right) marked “Reserved Parking for Dev. Psych Appointments Only, Vehicles Towed.” A researcher will meet you at your car momentarily.
