From the trial transcript for the first day of the trial, answer the following questions:
Who are the jurors and how are they selected? What kinds of questions do the lawyers ask, and what does this tell us about what is important to them? Make a list of the jurors and what we know about each of them.
In section, you will be assigned a Rhea County Census District. Use the table below and find the juror or jurors in your district. Next, find these individuals in the census documents on Spark. (Copies of the census documents will also be available on a computer disk in class.)
