Thank you for visiting my website. I am a PhD candidate in the Economics department at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. I also obtained a Master’s Degree in Economics at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. My research focuses on topics in labor economics and economics of time use, with a particular emphasis on the measurement and valuation of family care provision for children and the frail elderly. My job market paper explores the impact of economic and socio-demographic factors on time devoted to different types of childcare, using American Time Use Survey (ATUS) data. I will be on the 2012-2013 job market, participating in interviews at the ASSA conference in San Diego, CA. Research Interests
