wedding invitations
I realize now why people pay others so much to plan their weddings. Who knew this crap would be so crazy? I’m helping a friend with her wedding stuff and she’s barely past the engagement and I’m already starting to feel a little overwhelmed. I’m just a helper, too! She’s already made all of the wedding announcements and now she has to figure out how many people to invite and who they should be. Helping look at wedding invitations isn’t so bad, though. You look at nice looking cards and try and narrow down one that’ll fit with the theme of your wedding and represents you pretty well, I guess. The website where they’re going to get their wedding stationery from is really nice. They have all of their wedding invitations and stuff separated into different categories such as elegant wedding invitations, etc. All very nice and chic. Surprisingly, they are also pretty cheap, too! Compared to other places we’ve looked, the prices on this site are phenomenal. They also have ways for you to customize your wedding invitations by adding things like ribbon and stuff like that, which is nice. This is actually a little more stressful than choosing catering and such, but it seems pretty easy to do online and it helps that you can access it 24/7, as opposed to having to go to only one or two caterers a day and having to sample everything they have and then narrowing it down even further. Eep. The nice thing about helping her out with the wedding invitations, tastings, and all of that is that she said I could put one or two things I really want on her registry, hahaha. How sweet is that? Very. That, and I get first dibs on unwanted presents! The possibilities alone are enough to get me moving. Hopefully someone will give them a 60” HDTV that they don’t need. In 1080p. Yep. Other than that, I guess I’d settle for some kitchen stuff. Knives are fun to play with. Anyways, gotta go back to looking at those kooky wedding invitations. See ya.
