ZocDoc is a website that enables you to go online, look up a New York dentist and make an appointment. All you have to do is type in "Brooklyn dentist" or "dentist in Bronx" and ZocDoc will find a dentist for you. You will get a list of dentists that are in your area that accept your health insurance plan. You don't have to spend time looking around or on the phone talking to receptionists hunting for a dentist's office that accepts your dental insurance.
This website is such a convenience. You are able to look at the backgrounds and pictures of each dentist and their history. It even shows other patients ratings on their personal visits. It allows you to make an appointment for the next few days or upcoming weeks online and in the privacy of your home. You can even make appointments for the same day! If only every service allowed us to do this online, we would have so much more time for our families and friends and for leisure time. We only have 9ish hours usually to do a lot of our errands. Doctors and dentists offices are only open at certain times during the day and not usually on weekends, so it is great that they now have a website that you can use to schedule your appointments after hours and on your own time.
