LOOKING INTO THE ECA STACK
Lately I have been considering taking some diet pills and I really didn't know much about them so I wanted to look up some information and find out the different types of diets pills and try to make a decision on which ones were the best diet pills for me. I looked into ECA stack and found out some information I really found useful about this product.
1. ECA stack is a product that is used both as a stimulant and for weight loss and the ECA stands for Ephedrine, Caffeine and Aspirin.
2. The Ephedrine acts both as a beta agonist and stimulates the release of norepinephrine. The increased circulating norepinephrine in the body then acts on white adipose tissue by increasing cAMP levels. This raises the body temperature of the person and also helps to speed up their metabolism.
3. The caffeine component inhibits phosphodiesterase production in the cells and slows down the cAMP breakdown. It also binds with and inhibits the adenosine receptors in the brain which triggers the release of epinephrine and increases the cAMP levels further.
4. The aspirin component of the ECA stack further sustains the elevated cAMP levels and greatly prolongs the increased metabolism and thermogenic effects.
Although, it is thought that the Ephedrine is really the key ingredient in the ECA stack, studies show that the triple effect that the stack provides is truly beneficial in helping you to lose weight faster then with just Ephedrine alone. Working together these three components no only help raise your body temperature and metabolic rate, but they also help keep it up for more sustained weight loss over time.
I personally think that this is an excellent product, and I know some people who have used it with tremendous results. The truth is that the other diet pills just don't stack up to this. Many have one weight loss component, but this one has three, and from everything I have read this seems like a very safe and effective way to lose weight. throwing a luau party
A group of us were sitting in the living room of our apartment, discussing the sad nature of parties around campus. It seemed that due to an increasing amount of failing test grades, students were starting to abandon the party scene to study. Of course, though these were understandable measures, we still felt that students owed it to themselves to attend at least a modest get together on the weekend to reward themselves for working hard during the week.
We decided we'd throw a luau party, since those are always a hit with students. With a theme in mind, we headed to the nearest dollar store for party supplies. We could have gone to the party outlet, but we figured we'd get more of what we needed from a dollar store.
In the store, we saw a bunch of great party favors like flower-themed plates and cups, flower leis, and Hawaiian Punch. We got trail mix and a few other great party favors, One of my friends brought over some glow sticks and glow necklaces, saying we could distribute them and then have a glow stick competition. Though the glow sticks didn't quite fit the theme of the party, we figured it might be a good idea to at least get them for now and decide whether we wanted to use them later.
After getting the party favors, we had to go home and get the word out about the party we were planning. We knew we didn't want way too many people there, but we certainly wanted to have a party atmosphere. Each one of us invited a decent amount of people, and then allowed the people we invited to invite a few people if they wanted to. We thought that would give us just enough people for a party without going overboard. Then we sat down to try to create a good party music mix. As much as we wanted to simply play a lot of Hawaiian music in keeping with the theme, we had to be realistic andd realize that people weren't going to stick around for long if that was the music we would play continually.
As much as everyone wanted to have the party tonight, we knew that we needed more time to promote the party and get the apartment decorated properly and “party-proof”. We figured it would be a better idea to just wait until tomorrow to throw the party. We were practically ready; we just needed time in the equation and we'd have the makings of an amazing party. Everyone went home excited for our party tomorrow and ready to have a break from all the serious schoolwork we'd been doing.
LOOKING FORWARD TO WEBDESIGN BERLIN STYLE
I have been learning a lot here at school and one of the things I have learned a lot about is web design. I really didn't know much about computers when I came to school, I mean sure I used one, but I came with an undecided major. I really didn't know what I wanted to do with myself, and I really just wanted to get out on my own, which is why I went to school. I have always been into art, never really on a computer before, but what I found is that designing web pages is a form of art I really enjoy. Since I got into computers and web design, I have learned a lot about this incredibly advanced field. I have learned not only about web design, but also marketing, SEO services, and web page rankings. I have learned how to get your site exposure quickly and have even learned a few things about web site content. Overall, it has been a wonderful experience for me. I am considering moving to Berlin after I graduate, because I have some family and friends there. A long time ago I used to live there, but that seems like eons ago. Anyway, getting out of the states, I think will be really good for me. I love the idea of moving and starting all over again. I have been looking into doing webdesign berlin style for a while, and I have a couple leads for some of the best companies there. I have interviewed with a few of them on the phone and am planning a trip there in just a few weeks to nail down some contacts there. I really don't want to move there without a job, but if it comes down to it I will, because I have really made up my mind that is where I want to be. I will be staying with family when I arrive in November, and will probably get together with a few of my friends while there. I am thinking maybe one of them can make some room for another person, so that I can stay with them next summer when I move, just until I get settled. I know this is going to be great and I can't wait to start my "real life".
Benefits of Tea
I have always heard that tea is supposed to be good for you. Until college though I never really drank it. My grandma is always telling me that drinking tea will keep me from getting sick or to drink it like crazy when I start getting a cold (or take s hot of brandy. She isn't the kind of person that buys wholesale tea and in bulk so she can stock up like crazy. But I think someone told her a long time ago that tea works miracles and since then she has always stressed that to us.
Herbal tea does however have a lot of benefits so whether or grandma knew that, she probably is right. Herbal tea can help with both sleep and digestion. It also strengthens your immune system, helps with concentration and can make your skin glow. White tea has anti oxidants which fight cancer. White tea is also helpful in lowering your blood pressure and cholesterol, heart protection, strengthens bones and gives you healthy gums and teeth. Those are a lot of benefits for a cup of water and a tea bag. Just reading about all of the positive health changes tea can have for me, makes me want to drink more of it even though I don't like the taste. It also says that tea in general has a calming effect on you, which I could definitely use. I have been drinking diet coke for so long and there are definitely no benefits health wise to drinking it, actually it's bad for you, your teeth and it tends to make my stomach hurt. The funny thing is that I don't even really like the taste of it anymore, but I have kept drinking it because the caffeine keeps me from getting headaches and I have found that when I eat certain foods I have to drink diet coke with them because I'm just so used to it. I think I am going to try and make an effort to switch over to tea. It would probably make a big difference in my life and my health and tea also has caffeine in it so I wouldn't get headaches from withdrawal. I don't really like the taste of diet coke anymore anyways so that wouldn't be as much as an adjustment to get used to the taste of tea.
I think everyone should make a goal to change something in their life to get healthier. I'm going to make my grandma proud and drink more tea.
California Shade Comforts
I remember when we went to my cousins graduation party, I was in 7th grade in California and it was the first time I had ever been there and they had this huge tent like thing set up in their enormous back yard. The kind of device that could stand up to 80 mile and hour winds and keep the rain water away. It was probably the best shade canopy California could offer.
There is a place that sells shade structures in California and they can lower the temp up to 20 degrees. It is amazing to see what people have come up with using the technology that we have today. Who even thought to make shades like these for play areas or other types of outdoor environments? I have always wondered how people came up with inventions, I have wanted to name something forever and always joke with my friends asking them to invent something so that I could name it. They always make fun of me, but seriously, who was the person that came up with like forks and spoons and how did they decide to name them that? It has always been an intriguing mystery to me. Anyways they seem to be the best shade structures California has and they are unbelievably durable as well as having the ability to keep everything cool and shaded.
Shade sails are the coolest things ever. They are able to provide a cooling factor as well as shade to really big areas, but they look cool too while they are doing it. The company that does these shade sails is in California and is known for its canopies and outdoor structures. They are so cool to look at; they seem more like a piece of art than practice shade sails in California. On the website they have pictures of different kinds of sails they offer and they are alternating colors and shapes and some of them have several small sails and other are just one big one. They are seriously so cool and it's nice to see that practicality can be so fun to look at. When you look at them you think about what they look like and how artsy they are before you think about the fact that they are keeping the sun out and the temperatures down for your party or the area you at in. They truly are a work of art.
Spaying and neutering your pet
People need to be more informed about Spaying and neutering. When they welcome a pet into their homes they should know what is best for their animal so when I went to look at puppies (I might get one for my birthday if I find the perfect one for me) I decided to ask a lot of questions.
First off female dogs that are spayed will not go into heat, so you don't have to worry about extra cleaning up or tending to that aspect. People think that it's harmful or will hurt their animal, but when the Spaying and neutering actually takes place the pet is under anesthesia so they can't feel a thing. It really comes down to protecting your pet and your family. Spaying and neutering is often brought up in a terrible way as if you are going against your pet or hurting them but really you are just looking out for their best interest.
I also found out that if people cannot afford to have their pet spayed or neutered, there are some clinics or offices that will do it for a reduced price if you qualify. This way you can protect your pet still if you have a lower budget or cannot afford extras.
Even though I haven't found the perfect match for me while I've been puppy shopping, I plan to soon bring a tiny puppy home with me. When I do though, I will be ready and informed so I can protect my pet and keep it healthy. By spaying and neutering pets I can help avoid infections (if my dog is a female) and reduce her chances of mammary cancer. There is also sadly, a high amount of homeless pets, especially cats and dogs and by having this procedure done on your pet you are eliminating the risk of their offspring ending up in a shelter (and being killed) or on the street. This procedure isn't harmful for the animal and can bring several benefits for the table for both you and your pet. Thankfully I know a good veterinarian for when I end up getting my puppy (we had a dog for 10 years growing up and had the same vet) so I am well informed, but for people who aren't they really should encourage this procedure when people are purchasing a pet or thinking about welcoming one into their home.

I never thought I was going to lose weight but then it happened. After years of trying everything from Weight Watchers to Pilates, I was left frustrated and had really resigned myself to the fact of being overweight for the rest of my life. Every time I dieted, I lost some weight, but never quite as much as I wanted or needed to. Then after dieting, I would put back on the pounds and then some. I never seemed to find the right thing that worked for me. I considered getting gastric bypass surgery but was a little afraid of it, because I only wanted to alter my weight, not really the insides of my body. I really felt like a skinny person on the inside, but every time I looked in the mirror there was a fat girl staring back at me, it actually made me physically ill at times. Then one day, a friend and I went to lunch and she told me about a diet pill that had changed her life many years earlier. You wouldn't have even known that this woman had ever had a problem with her weight. She was just the way I wanted to look. She had a nice firm body, not overly skinny, but just right and I thought to myself, maybe I will give it a try. She told me the name of the pill and I thought, I will give this weight loss thing one more try. I didn't really think that it was going to work for me, but I figured I really had nothing to lose at this point except a few pounds. I went out and got the diet pills that she recommended, and I noticed they really did make me eat less. I immediately noticed that my normal portions were going unfinished and I thought wow, I am full. I don't think that I had ever been full before, not like this. Within two weeks, I noticed a difference on the scale. I didn't even weigh myself for the first week, I didn't want to get discouraged. Then it seems the pounds just started falling off me. All in all, I lost 50lbs, and went from a size 16 to a size 7. Now, this did require several clothing adjustments, but I really enjoyed getting a whole new wardrobe and now I not only look great, but I feel terrific.
Condo for Spring Break?
Last year when we were deciding where to go for spring break I thought of only warm places (like most people do), Florida and Mexico being my top two picks. However my roommate and our mutual friend had something else in mind; Toronto. I was shocked when I heard their thoughts. The weather in Muncie, Indiana was terrible around spring break time and all I could think about was getting onto a plane and hopping off in sunny Florida wearing my bikini and coming back with a tan. Their plan was to drive all the way to Canada and to stay in one of the Toronto condos that they had looked at online. Although the Condos in Toronto had been a lot nicer than the crappy motel we had planned to stay in with my other group of friends in Florida, the weather seemed to be holding me back from even thinking about any other positive aspects spring break Toronto might have had.
After getting passed the weather issue, I began to weigh my options. First of all, if I went to Florida I would get to fly and if I ended up going to Toronto we would have to drive all the way there in a packed car in basically a blizzard. It sounded like a horrible plan to me and I absolutely hate driving which made it much worse. Secondly, what is there even to do in Toronto? Not that I was knocking down the idea right away, but it seemed like a no go from the start. The Toronto condos were amazing though, and there was a lot of shopping around the area where the condos were, and who doesn't like shopping? But on the other hand in Florida I could lie out, go in the pool and get a tan.
In the end I went to Florida. It seemed more like an idea of a vacation to me and really it came down to the weather and getting to fly instead of driving through the snow and black ice. But when my roommate came back with pictures I was a little envious of where they had stayed. The condo they had rented in Toronto was gorgeous (especially compared to the cheap motel we stayed in) and the scenery was amazing. Overall I had a great time in Florida and got a really deep tan, but I won't be so quick to turn down a trip like Toronto for next year.

I recently was declined for a credit card that I applied for, and I was devastated. I couldn’t believe that I was declined, so I contacted the agency that declined me and they informed me that I was eligible for a free credit report. Well, a few days later I received my credit report and on it I found a whole bunch of late payments and a charge off for a phone bill and I was left wondering what was going on. I had worked so hard to keep my credit in good shape and made all my payments on time, and here was my credit report looking like a train wreck and I was left looking at companies that I had never had accounts with and was wondering why.
Well, I got on the phone to talk this thing through with my sister, who has always been my confidant and my best friend. When I told her about this situation, I was astounded at her response. She said that a few years ago she had the same problem with her credit report and couldn’t figure out what had gone wrong, and then she discovered that her identity was stolen, and not by some stranger, but by our mother. You see, our mother has always been very unstable, and apparently since she had all our social security numbers and such, she was pretty easily able to apply for credit in our names with little or no background check, and once approved, she couldn’t pay her bills and left my sister’s credit in a shambles. Anyway, Terri said that she didn’t want to press charges against her, so she made Mom pay off all the bills and explain everything to the creditors and promise to never do it again. Terri said that she now has fraud protection on all her credit cards so that if anyone tries to get a credit card or any type of credit in her name, they contact her immediately and ask her if she really applied for this. She said to date mom has kept her word and backed off her credit. I guess she didn’t need it anymore since she just moved onto the next child, me! Well, I told Terri that obviously she hadn’t learned her lesson yet and I would go through credit repair, but I was going to press charges against her. She obviously hasn’t learned from her mistakes and someone needs to hold her accountable for her actions.

One of my summer classes started today. I run off to class and when I get there I can’t find my pen anywhere. I have a pencil, but quite honestly I am not really good at writing with a pencil, I don’t know why but ever since I got old enough to write exclusively in pen, that is all I will use. Well, I turn to the guy behind me and ask him if he has a pen, and he says sure and he gives me one to use. I thank him, and as I turn back around, I push the top of the pen down to put the point out and I get zapped. That is right I get a small electric volt in my finger, and I scream, not because it really hurts but because it scared the heck out of me. Well, I had never experienced one of these little trick pens that was obviously a novelty of some kind because the guy behind me was laughing and almost rolling around in hysteria, and I was mad. I am too old to get a laugh out of such a mundane act, and yet somehow I was left feeling that some sort of retaliation was in order for this act of cruelty on an innocent victim.
Well, after class I went to the student union for a cup of coffee and while I was there I was asking around about where to buy novelties and I found out there was a place in the local mall. After I finished up my classes for the day, I went down to the mall, and found just the place they had told me about. Now I knew that I would have to wait a few days or even weeks for my retaliation but I wanted to be prepared when the time came to give him a taste of his own medicine. I had never been in one of these stores, and honestly I had never seen such an array of balloons and light up items and other items of perversion. I was amazed at the gag gifts and trick items they had, and was unsure at first what would be my best form of revenge. Then I came across the perfect item, squirt chocolate. Now I know that I have a gag that I can get over on this guy with, and while I was there I bought a squirt calculator too. I figure you can never be too prepared for a good prank!

One of the best ways for students to find great jobs is to get their name out there. There are tons of web sites where you fill out a little questionnaire and then submit you resume. Then they get back to you every day and try to match you up with some jobs you might like. There are also the more traditional methods of scouring the classifieds in search of some diamond in the rough. Though this method does work sometimes, it is usually more of a waste of time if you are looking for something a little more outside of the box. You can also hope and pray that you suddenly stumble upon a job out there through contacts or some professor or something. This is usually the most unlikely if you don’t have those contacts from the time you begin college. The most effective means of really getting your name out there is the job trade shows.
These job fairs are brimming with lots of awesome jobs and people that want to sell themselves to you. This flips the whole business hiring model on its head because they want you and not the opposite way around. When you go you just bring a stack of resumes and hold out your hands for the tradeshow giveaway items. Each booth has their own sales pitch where they flood you with logo merchandise and promotional gifts and in exchange for your free advertising you have to agree that you will keep them in consideration when you graduate.
If you are ready to stop buying the paper everyday and getting e-mails about jobs you really don’t ever want to work then I would give one of these job fairs a try. Plus, even if you aren’t looking for a job but need hats or shirts they are always willing too give you as many promotional products as it is necessary to get your word. It may seem a little bit petty and cheap, but we’re still students and we need free stuff wherever we can get it. Even if they do turn us in to walking billboards.

This summer I am just chilling at home. I don’t know if many of my friends or semi-friends stuck around town but I would assume that if any of them did they are all by themselves right now. So my parents had the house for about two years and then they saw their interest rates beginning to rise. They started slow at first and then it got really bad. They had to go to almost weekly debt consolidators meetings with their financial advisor to keep the bills paid. My dad had to take on another job because his idea to eliminate debt eventually got to a point where he would have had to take another loan. There is only so much debt consolidation you can do I guess. Now they have decided to sell the house because he can’t take working both jobs anymore. Now they are moving across town to a much smaller house until they can build up a little bit of savings and hopefully move again in a few years. I was given a new assignment today at work: I had to find a way to increase awareness of the dentistry on a small scale. I needed some way to get the word out about the dentistry without using too much money. At first, I wasn’t quite sure what to do. How was I going to find a way to promote the office without organizing a huge event?
I came across a website called Ideas By Net and was able to find ideas for many different promotional items that the office could offer for what ever reasons we decided on later. While the website offered plenty of different options for products, including umbrellas, mugs and things for the front office, which would have come in handy, I was less than delighted to find that the website is based in the UK. They were nice enough to offer websites that offer products and ship in the United States so that was a plus. I ended up finding little trinkets like water bottles and pens that I could put the logo on. The website offered some other options for items, but I settled for pens because who can’t use a pen and water bottles because they were cheap enough to fit in the budget and nice looking enough to offer as gifts. Plus, they were big enough so the logo would be noticeable from a decent distance away.
I then had to find a way to incorporate the promotional items into the dental program. The pens could be given away with much less discretion than the water bottles. We had to offer some sort of incentives that could bee used to convince people to do something. I decided that maybe giving patients more than just some promotional products might be helpful, so I created coupons with the logo of the dentistry that were meant to be for patients who had given referrals. I also created another coupon that could be placed in local newspapers for first time patients. I wasn’t sure of how my boss would take to the idea but she seemed pretty receptive. I didn’t order the stuff from the website yet because my boss likes to authorize any and all transactions before they go through, and plus I had to fill out a purchase order for the items for bookkeeping reasons. She also wanted to give some other items a try to see if they may be good for the office. Hopefully, though, we’ll be able to start offering the prizes and coupons some time within the next few weeks.

This summer is the time when I am getting all of my really ambitious projects out of the way. I am currently taking a full class load of credits and working a couple of jobs. One of my jobs is as a writer for the local paper and all of the work is freelance so I have a lot of freedom within that work. The other job I am doing right now is on my own grant project where I am converting an old diesel Mercedes Benz over to vegetable oil. This may not seem like too big of a deal to people since right now everything that’s been going on with the energy crisis and the ways in which people are coping with it. For me it is a big deal though because I knew nothing about cars before the summer began. The last time I had opened the hood of my car was to put the oil in in a couple thousand miles before. Before that I had never opened the hood of a car. That basically tells you what kind of a mechanical background I have been coming from.
A few months ago I saw the first write-up in the paper about the conversion of diesel engines to biodiesel or vegetable oil. This article really peaked my interest and though my car is a gasoline engine I thought it would be an interesting project to create such a car. I wrote and received grant money to convert this car that has been donated to us by a professor in the environmental engineering department. Basically the conditions of my grant are that I will convert the car to the best of my ability by the end of the summer and then I will turn it over to the department for strictly study purposes. Next year they will be using this car to study biodiesel fuel uses in commercial settings. This will also be used to help generate proper rates of commercial car insurance for those seeking biodiesel auto insurance quotes . Ontario insurance
In recent disgust with the current state that the United States is in I have been thinking about moving to Canada. I am still finishing up school, but in light of the fact that the US has made itself enemies with everyone in the world, and on top of that the health care and economic issues, I have often wondered if moving north might not be the only answer. The great thing about moving to Canada is I would still be on the same continent and still able to drive and see relatives and friends, without having to live here in the US. In looking into Canada, I have been considering moving to the Ontario region, I have a few friends there and I was there once for a visit and really had a great time. Being Canadian is different in a lot of ways from being an American. They have a much better regulatory system for their health care and in Ontario insurance is regulated by and agency for Insurance: FSCO. FSCO stands for the financial services commission of Ontario. Here the government oversees the insurance for the entire region. They not only monitor auto insurance, co-ops, credit unions, home owners insurance, loan and trust companies, mortgage brokers, motor vehicle accident claims funds, and pensions, but they accept consumer complaints and issues and investigate and prosecute where necessary. This is a great help, knowing that the insurance companies are being police dogged to make sure that you are getting a fair shake, in the US you really can’t get a fair shake from the insurance companies unless you get a high priced attorney to help you. This is a double edged sword because you get the attorney and then they get almost all the extra money that you get in the settlement for their fees, and you still wind up in the same boat either way. I would be really great if we had a better health insurance system in the US as well, but I guess we are not quite that advanced yet. In any case, I really think that moving to Canada is the only way to go, and I am pretty sure after looking into this whole thing that I will relocate to the Ontario region as soon as I finish my schooling here in the US.
Taking Care of your Home
Last year I lived in an apartment with my roommate from freshman
year. The apartment was small and we didn’t really have many problems
and when we did, our landlord worked around the corner so it was easy to
get a hold of him right away. This year though I moved into a bigger
house and our landlord lives and works about an hour and a half away
from us. He usually stops by every month to make sure things are working
okay and that the maintenance man has cut the grass, but other than that
we are pretty much on our own.
Since none of us had really ever dealt
with taking care of a home before we had a few surprises the first few
weeks. Embarrassingly enough none of us thought to find out what day was
garbage day and so it took us a while (and a lot of garbage cans) to
finally figure it out.
A few weeks later it rained terribly (like
usual in Muncie, Indiana) and our basement flooded. Let me tell you one
thing that I have learned; water
restoration is terrible. We had to clean out everything from
the basement and then people had to come in, suck out the water, clean
and sterilize everything and then someone else had to come in and seal
the concrete and redo parts by the sum pump. I never want to have to
deal with that again. Even though we got the basement cleaned out and
finished, it took about two weeks to do and our stuff is completely
ruined. We took a chair that we had been storing down here to a
restoration store but they said there was way too much water damage
since we didn’t realize right away (we only use the basement for laundry
and we hadn’t been at school very long so we didn’t notice for a couple
of days).
Finally our toilet stopped working last week and it was
midnight when it happened and we couldn’t call a plumber until the
morning so I called my grandpa and he helped us out and told us what to
do (thank God for grandparents right? Ha). I guess overall, even though
we have been through a lot and at the time it seems like such a hassle,
we are learning a lot for the future. When my grandpa was on the phone
with me he quoted “give a man to fish we will eat for a day, teach a man
to fish and he will eat for a lifetime” I really do think that that
applies for me, but in this case I will be able to unclog toilets for
the rest of my life.

A friend and I were having lunch and a discussion started about the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac bail outs and how this was going to help the housing market. The conversation quickly turned to the foreclosure housing market and the idea of checking into the foreclosure listings and cashing in on the bargain foreclosure home buying opportunities that are available now due to the suffering economy. My friend said he was looking into foreclosures for sale and was considering buying a property or two while there were so many great properties available on the market right now. He said that he had been looking at the Inman news and had been gathering information about preforeclosure leads, HUD, and foreclosure listings all from this one site. He said he had also been researching online how to buy foreclosures and the importance of good reliable foreclosure listings. I asked him why he thought this was a good move right now, and his response was, you buy when the prices are low and you sell when they are high, same as the stock market. You can't lose when you buy a property for 1/2 price or even less. You throw a few dollars into the property and then you can either flip it and make some money, or you can rent it out and either way it is an investment. His thoughts were that eventually the economy will come back, people are just panicking, in what he calls the end of the world mentality. People think this is it, however, he said he is sure that during the Great Depression people probably thought the same thing, and then things turned around. They will turn around again, he reassured me. And his thought is that even if it takes another 10 years, he will still be young enough to enjoy his wealth.
I went home, seriously thinking about all the information he was giving me and I turned on the TV to hear the news. Well, everything is bad, bad, bad, they say over and over again. Then they started talking about the opportunities in the foreclosure housing market, HUD houses,and they told the story of how a woman just won a house for $1.75 on Ebay. Apparently the house was going to be foreclosed on and so that is how much she paid for the house. This will most likely stimulate buying in the Ebay real estate section for the next few weeks. Either way a house for $1.75 is definitely a deal.
