Yiqing has B.S. of Computer Science from Shanghai University of Technology, China and M.S. of Computer Science from Drexel University, Philadelphia. He previously worked as a software programmer in IT consulting industry both in Shanghai China and New York, NY. His research interests include stochastic network design and analysis, service and facility allocation.

Alexander has B.S. of Computer Sciense from St. Petersburg State Technical University (Pskov branch) and M.S. in Regional Planning from University of Massachusetts. Alexander is designing network algorithms for traffic assignment, routing, and M/G/C/C stochastic network analysis. Alexander is coupling his expertise in Geographical Information Systems (GIS) together with this research on vehicular traffic network flow algorithms

Dinesh has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras,India. Dinesh is designing an analytical tool for studying the performance of open queueing networks with multiple generating sources and customer classes.

Toru has B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Kanagawa University, Yokohama, Japan (March 2003). Toru works on design, analysis, and synthesis of call centers with M/G/c/K queues. M/G/C/K queues are unique performance modeling tools for this type of service center problem. M/G/C/K queues allow to emulate customer's behavior and evaluate call center performance.
