Cooking healthy food

Some schools nowadays offer wellness promotions, and these include proper nutrition, body image and weight management programs, with the aim of helping students with their long term goal of being healthy and well. Balanced Diet

People who want to lose weight generally try different diet recipes in order to shed some pounds.   • Vitamins = as we all know they keep you healthy
  • Mineral Salts = those are needed to keep your teeth and bones healthy. They are also good for your muscles
  • Fibres = are important for your intestines
