I am a PhD candidate in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at University of Massachusetts Amherst. I received my M.S.E.C.E. with concentration of electrophysics in 2008 from UMass Amherst. I have a B.S. in Physics and a minor degree in Philosophy and History of Science from Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey.

Currently, I work as a research assistant in the Nanoelectronics Theory and Simulation Laboratory in ECE at UMass, where I focus on my dissertation under the supervision of Prof. Neal G. Anderson.
