Heather L. Kirkorian

I received my Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst in 2007.  Currently I am a post-doctoral research associate at the University of Massachusetts where I continue to work with Daniel R. Anderson.  My research interests include young children’s attention to and comprehension of video and the impact of television on very young children, particularly as it relates to cognitive development and parent-child interaction.
