    0:  Report on incident of 4-29-99/4-30-99, and incidental concerns.
    1:  Issue of overloaded 546/Bell Atlantic connections.
    2:  Proposals to modify service as of F-99, and implications thereof.



Note:  In the recent past, committee officers were elected at the final
meeting in the spring. However, I have learned that the general Faculty
Senate practice is for the current Chair to convene the first meeting in
the fall, where the election takes place. The reason for this is that there
is generally a significant turnover in committee membership.  I propose to
follow this practice, and therefore have not put an election item on the
agenda.
