WebCT problem: At faculty member request a student is a grader. - This is a FERPA violation. - A work around has been developed. John: RIA: there is an ip address where people are distributing copyrighted material - UMass receives a suppoena to identify an IP address holder. - new ploy: here is an ip address, we will sue them, please deliver a message to them that the RIA is going to get sued. UMass Admin has just sent out 35 such messages.
