WINIFRED GREEN SCHOLARSHIP (2008)

This unique scholarship of $500 is a gift from the members of the Berkshire County Delta Kappa Gamma Society - an international organization of retired teachers. It is presented to a student who is dedicated to the field of education and committed to making a significant difference in the lives of young people as a teacher in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

After a thorough review of the strong, large pool of applicants, the Executive Board announced this year's scholarship recipient and honored him at the 2008 Initiation Dinner.

KDP PRESIDENT'S SCHOLARSHIP (2007)

There were only 10 recipients of this special $500 KDP scholarship in the United States (2006-7). Our 2007 KDP UMass President, DEANNA VASILAKIS was the only Massachusetts recipient.

KDP HAROLD D. DRUMMOND SCHOLARSHIP (2005)

There were only four recipients of this distinguished scholarship for 2005-6. The four winners were from Texas, Idaho, Mississippi and one from Massachusetts, our own JILLIAN STASIAK. This wonderful scholarship of up to $1000 is awarded to an active KDP undergraduate or graduate student based on numerous criteria including an written essay.
