Writing Proposal

1. Submit a one page proposal for your second writing assignment. The proposal
should name the language you will examine and present information about this
language (for example, where is/was it spoken, by how many people, major
varieties, other related languages etc.) Make sure you consult Ethnologue 
for this purpose. Also present the resources (grammars, papers, and even textbooks)
you will use for your project.  Make sure that you pick a language for which 
you can find grammars. Look in the library for grammars. Finally provide a 
broad outline of what aspect of this language you will discuss.
