Relevant Experience:
Working towards a certificate in Professional Writing and Technical Communication required creating 40+ page manuals in FrameMaker and Word. Document usability and clear communication were stressed and applied during manual creation. All software used was self-taught, indicative of flexibility and comfort with new technology.
