WHy Do Criminals Obey the Law?

 
Since 2002, Andrew has been involved in the evaluation of the Project Safe Neighborhoods.   This project uses a quasi-experimental design to evaluate several gun violence reduction program in Chicago.  The design of the intervention deterrence based policing strategies with community and re-entry efforts designed to enhance the perceptions of legitimacy among active gun offenders.
