To add an entry, click on the Add Entry button to enter your information. When you are finished click Add. Private entries will be in italics, public entries in plain text.
Compiling Dates:
You may find it useful to compile a list of dates from you Calendar entries for saving or printing (only public entries may be compiled). To do this, in Calendar View, click on the Compile Option.

After you have selected the range of dates you would like to compile, click on Display. Entries for all of the dates selected will be displayed on the screen you can download or print these entries using the browser commands under the file menu. You will then be given the option to either compile another set of dates or return to the main Calendar screen.
Tip: You can print your compiled entries by selecting the Print icon on your Browser (or selecting print from the file menu).
