WebCT Help is available to instructors at UMass in several ways.

Get help in context by clicking on Help in the Course Menu Bar. Help is available throughout the course.
Check the UMass WebCT Instructor Resources page. It contains information and help on many WebCT topics.

Request additional Personal Support
You may fill out an online form requesting additional support. We can arrange to set up a meeting. If it can be handled via email, you will get an email response. Phone 577-0072 (Academic Computing) and ask to speak to one of our staff who is supporting WebCT.
Attending other topic specific WebCT training sessions. If you are ready for more training on a particular WebCT tool, we will either work with you individually or set up a group training sessions.
