Request a New Course (form)

Note: This course request function is for instructors only!

In order to request a new WebCT course you must fill out the form below. Please note that filling out this form doesn't automatically generate a WebCT course. The form will be evaluated once you have submitted it. We will then send you an e-mail, usually in a few days time, giving you more information on the next steps for starting up your WebCT course. The e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address below, so make sure that it is correctly spelled. If you have more than one course, please fill out a separate form for each WebCT course request. Questions on form email webct@oit.umass.edu. If you do not have all of the information at this time, fill in what you do have and submit. We will follow up with you for information as necessary.
