Creating a Single Page Link

The Single Page tool provides the ability to link to a document which resides on the WebCT server. It can be used to point to an audio or video file which will be downloaded to the user, or a reference file which will stream the content to the user. At this time, the Single Page tool only supports QuickTime format reliably.

Adding the Single Page tool

1. On the Navigation Bar, click Add Page or Tool, choose Single Page and click Add at the top of the page.
2. Enter the title of the single page.

Adding a Downloaded Clip (QuickTime)

1. Click Browse. Select the media clip you have uploaded to WebCT.
2. Click Pick.
3. Select the location of the tool.
4. Click Add.
