Congress 2007, held in Salt Lake City, August 24-26, 2007,  began with this Agenda [“Aims & Objectives”] reproduced below,  and  duly completed its set task of drafting Key Resolutions  across  Three  Days of  intense deliberations that would provide the future  basis for moving forward in its Quest of Peace.

Congress 2008/09 , slated for February 27- March 1, 2009, and to be held in Bangalore, India, is its destined follow-through : and will attempt to embody,  in concrete, Grassroots Projects , scattered  worldwide, the Resolutions proffered by Congress 2007.

The Objective of  this set of Meetings is unmistakable: to set up an Institutional basis for co-respective and co-operative Peace between Peoples,  unmediated by state, government, or politics,  understood in their traditional sense.

The Final Goal of these efforts  is equally clear: to achieve ,  as a binding precept, the Universal Renunciation of War as a means /end of  Social and Political Policy, now and forever.

Congress 2008/09 welcomes all those who share such a  Vision to join us in helping enshrine this Idea via Dialog, Discussion and Conversation, now and in the future.

The Purpose of this Inter-Continental gathering, in the first instance, is to foster serious and immediate Dialog, in the hope of maintaining it on a continuing basis thereafter, between all the extant Paradigms/ World-Views/ Interests / Ideologies that have divided the Human World into disparate, and often feuding, Sectarian Groupings.

It is Aimed, therefore, at nothing short of instituting a Permanent Conversation between All the Segments of the Human Species.

The Dialog will be, thereby, between the varied Polarities instituted by Geography, Gender, Ideology, Ethnicity, Language, Philosophy, Religion, Culture, and Politics (e.g. East-West, Men-Women, Tradition-Modernity, Conservative-Radical, North-South, etc.).

The Object is to locate all possible Areas of Agreement that can serve to foster a World-Wide Affiliation of Peoples who can, while maintaining and respecting Difference, sincerely find Common Cause that will sustain the continued existence of Planetary Life forms under threat today by both Violence and Greed.

It will Serve, we hope, in effect , to create the basis for a Union of Peoples, unattached to State, Nation, and Power Blocs, which will foster Ground-Level Action Plans geared to Micro-Initiatives locally, but fully informed of the Co-Respecting Spirit of Human Variety as it dwells elsewhere, and Everywhere.

It is Hoped, thereby, to institute World-wide a permanent groundswell of support for Policies/Actions of Peace, Non-Violence and Mutual Nurturance, in active resistance to the Agendas of all those who seek to Profit and/or Rule at the expense of the Common Weal.

The Congress will Adopt appropriate Resolutions, both collectively and separately, in all spheres, including Plans for instituting Means, Mechanisms, and Modalities to realize them, in a consilient Spirit of Consensus, and establish the basis for future expansion of the Areas of Mutual Agreement in Ideas, Visions, and Possibilities.
