Overall coordination and representation of the Bulgarian Gender Research Foundation, numerous administrative tasks, responsibility for the main projects of the organization, especially the legal projects and research activities; coordination of national and regional research projects; dealing with negotiations –nationally and internationally at a daily basis, coordination of the staff and the representatives of the BGRF- about 15 people as a whole and also of a network of human rights lawyers in Sofia/about 10 people/; extensive international travel and professional exposure; tasks involving fundraising and networking at a daily basis.
